What we collect
Only what you enter in the quote request form: company, name, email, phone, country, product and quantity details, message and any attached file.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your request and send you a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract), based on the consent you give in the form. We do not use the details for advertising and we do not sell them.
Where they are stored
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives form submissions as a processor, under standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.
How long we keep them
For as long as the request and any resulting business relationship require, and as long as tax law requires for orders.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, by email to info@krystal-plastics.gr. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Cookies
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address. A logo you upload in the configurator never leaves your device.
